With her success as a business coach already proven, Donna developed a personal career coaching program revolving around one-on-one, face-to-face coaching that is tailored to each individual client.

About Donna Fox

After completing her MBA at the University of Texas, Donna landed a corporate strategy management position at a Fortune 500 semiconductor company where she launched their global field marketing initiative and literally changed the way they distributed and sold their products. She then advanced to a senior manager position at a Fortune 500 computer company where her gift for mentoring really began to shine. Many of the members of her team went on to their own management opportunities within the company or elsewhere. She then became the President and CEO of a fast-growing engineering start up, where she mastered the art and science of developing a trusting and cohesive leadership team. Donna's gift for inspiring those around her and her insightful business savvy led her to pursue mentoring and coaching full time. Her passion for and commitment to her clients has brought her ongoing success.

About Kim Brushaber

After graduating with a computer science degree from the University of Texas, Kim began her career as a software consultant at a Fortune 100 consulting company. She then found a home at a Dot Com in the HR/recruiting industry where she had a very long tenure and significantly advanced her career. She started as a software engineer and then moved to a more customer-facing role yet still very technical role as a product configuration specialist. Her grace under pressure and her winning people skills won Kim a promotion to Senior Support Engineer. After the company went through a merger/acquisition, she was promoted to a team lead. After over 19 years with that organization, Kim began consulting. Her innate ability to connect with people helped her naturally develop a wide and deep network in the IT field. This served her well and eventually led to a very successful recruiting consulting practice. Motivated by a desire to help both clients and candidates, Kim leveraged her network once again to create a successful event planning and production business that regularly brought people together for city-wide networking mixers. Now as the Director of Networking for Austin Career Coaching, once again Kim uses her network to connect talented professionals with mentors and contacts.

During the past 15 years, Stan has served as an Executive Coach to over 500 mid and senior level executive and entrepreneurs. He has a special emphasis on facilitating groups as they search and find ways to produce results far beyond what is normally possible. Stan helps clients design careers and lives that are successful and fulfilling, Prior to his coaching practice, Stan worked in the information systems field for 20 years with the University of Oklahoma, Computer Management Corporation, and McDonnell Douglas Automation.

Pauline Hoehn has worked in the field of career coaching and outplacement for over seven years, managing a career center and conducting training in job search skills and career strategy for job seekers, including the executive level. She has experience in organizational development, advertising and management consulting and has run her own training and coaching consulting business. Ms. Hoehn has a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Human Resource Leadership Development from the University of Texas at Austin and received the Professional of Human Resources certification from HRCI.
